FNS40821 (Release 2) Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking - 2025

FNS40821 (Release 2) Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is the 2025 version of this qualification. Equivalent to the previous FNS40821 and FNS40820 and equally recognised, a Cert IV is the minimum qualification for those seeking a role in the credit/lending industry.  Once you have completed your Certificate IV, you may wish to upgrade to the FNS50322 Diploma qualification.

Gap Training Module for Certificate IV to Diploma Upgrade - 2025

This is the 2025 version of the Gap module.  If you are upgrading from a Certificate IV to a Diploma qualification, and your Certificate IV qualification does not have the code FNS40820 or FNS40821, then you will need to complete this Gap Training Module.  This is a requirement following government updates to the Financial Services Training Package.

This FNS50322 Upgrade Diploma course is the latest 2025 release. Students undertaking this Upgrade Diploma course must have already achieved or be underway with achieving their Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
